Trouble conexion and configuration with asdm in my asa Firewall

Hello guys I need your help, I already have my firewall configured, but when in my Google browser (firefox, chrome and microsoft edge) I write my ip that I configured in the interface and connect with an ethernet cable, it does not respond. In the CMD if I reach that ip. But through the web no.

 Enable http and set the ip address as manage

http server enable

http x.x.x.x  x.x.x.x  manage

Please ensure the 3DES-AES license is installed. "Show version" will give that detail.

Also ensure the ASDM image is on disk0: and is specified in the running-config.

Finally, if those are in place, browse to the system using https://192.168.210.1/admin
