Figured out issue.  Nothing to do with the ASA as usual.

Hi,

I can't see anything wrong with the configuration yet.

So probably best to confirm the configuration with "packet-tracer" command

packet-tracer input wlan tcp 172.16.0.100 12345 8.8.8.8 80

Issue the above command and copy/paste the full output here.
