Hi, When performing URL filtering the system matches HTTPS traffic based on the subject common name in the public key certificate, in this instance "icloud.com". So you'd have to define the URL value as "icloud.com" in order for it to be blocked.
Understood, but I'm certain it will block all of icloud.com and not just icloud.com/mail Basically just trying to block webmail in icloud per a request without taking down all access to icloud.
