Unable to access site in Mozilla browser but able to access in chrome

Hello Team,

There is an internal site in our organisation and we can able to access it previously from all the browsers but recently we have enabled the SWG and due to some issues we have disabled it and from then we can able to access the site from only chrome and edge browser but when tried to access it in the Mozilla Firefox an error message is getting displayed. Can anyone help us on this issue.

@Mohanveerab hi, as per the error message, you are trying to access web site with revoked certificate. check the certificate of web site. seems like your chrome didnt got latest CRL update. in future, chrome also start giving this error once CRL update completed.

Thank you for your response. I have verified the certificate of the website and still we have the validity and its not expired. Its just one day we enabled the SWG and when we disabled then it started giving this error and all the users are facing the same.

@Mohanveerab hi, if you enabled SSL inspection in SWG, can you check what is the certificate loading to your web browsers when you using Chrome and firefox? check the validity and names of the certs, if need try installing the SWG root cert to your PCs.
