Unable to add Cisco 3560 to Cisco NAC 4.5 OOB

I am trying to add Cisco 3560E PoE Switches with 12.2(46) IOS version to Cisco NAC APPliance Manager with version 4.5. But I was able to add the Cisco 3750E PoE Switches very easily.

All the snmp configs have been verified.

Provide some tips to add Cisco 3560E Switches.
