Hello everyone
we're running two Cisco ASA 5525-X with firepower services in HA
we're running two Cisco ASA 5525-X with firepower services in HA
FTD version 6.2.2
FMC version 6.4.0.4
FMC version 6.4.0.4
I was trying to upgrade to FTD version 6.4.0 but i got the error (remote installation fail)with no further details, a couple of days passed and then i got disk usage Error (capture included)
I freed up some space through CLI in the /tmp and /updates directories which made the errors go away,
however the disk usage is still higher than normal and it turns out the following directory consumes most of the space "/ngfw/var/sf/clamupd_download/peers" (about 67 GB of SYNC_* files)[capture included]

is it safe to remove the files in the directotry ? what solution would you suggest ?
thanks in advance

Hi,
Not sure about deleting the directory files of "/ngfw/var/sf/clamupd_download/peers". My suggestion is to contact TAC.

I am suspecting that you might be hitting a defect and would advise against the deletion of any files manually before consulting with TAC. Please reach out to TAC and if possible, keep us posted on the outcome.
