Unable to upgrade IDS-4215 sensor form IDS-MC

Hi, We recently had to re-install VMS due to a corrupt

database. We actually fdisked the hard drive reinstalled Ios with the appropriate patches and reinstalled VMS. Everything has been smooth until I try to upgrade the signatures on my sensors. All three fail.

I am able to import the sensors into Management Center just fine but the signature update fails.

Monitoring the sensor as an update occurs yields the following info

evError: eventId=1111693671360127107 severity=warning

It appears the sensors thinks my trusted certificate on the IDS MC is not valid, However when I look at the certificate in the admin folder is claims its valid until 2015. Any ideas as to how to resolve this issue.

Thanks

It maybe missing a signature level in between because of that IDS-MC is not taking the update.

I have the same two errors:

error: schemaVersion=1.00 schemaLocation=http://www.cisco.com/cids/idiom http://www.cisco.com/cids/idiom/1.00/idiom.xsd

errorMessage: name=errSystemError Connection failed

and

errorMessage: name=errSystemError MainApplication::processExecUpgradeCtlTrans errSystemError Connection failed

but no ssl problem. reimporting works fine and signauture update manually works also fine. i have the latest vms version and also patched the ids 4210 sensor to the H patchlevel.

what could that be?
