Update FPR-1010 failed because still pending Jobs

Hello Everyone,

at this morning i have get the new Version 7.0.5-72 from our IT Salesman,

i have Uploaded the file to the FPR and would like to install it.

When i start the Update they told me there are some  errors in my Configuration.

Yes there is a pending Task with an error but i cant find anything to fix this.

so i searched the web, OK i find something about erros with FMC Deployment taskt and DB entrys.

so i loged in to the FPR and searched for an DB Table with this error but cant find anything.

have any one an idea to fix this problem ?

While upgrading, all jobs should be completed to progress to upgrade,  wait for the job to finish or reboot the device and make manually update and upgrade is best option i see here

Hallo @balaji.bandi can i do the upgrade in manually way when an task is pending ?

because the task is from 16.07.2022 and have an error.

After an reboot the task is still pending.

When the pending task dont have any impact to the manually upgrading way i will do it manually.

@FPR1010 cancel the VDB update scheduled task, then see if you can upgrade.

If not you may need to contact TAC to help you.

ok i have try to update the FPR when i stop all scheduled task, the RULE Update from 16.07.2022 is still the task that makes problems.

i would suggest contacting TAC can help you if this still stuck, even though you cancel the tasks.
