Hi,
I would only advise that you use the GUI or the FMC to upgrade firepower but if you are adamant on using the CLI then you could consider re-imaging the sensor to version 6.2 as that will be quicker and avoid the intermediate upgrades needed for the upgrade path.
All I would suggest is that you make sure you check all version and compatibility before you proceed if following the upgrade path so a re-image will avoid any pitfalls and duration involved with going through the correct upgrade path and compatibility so check the links below as from version 6.0 to 6.2 you will need to go to these versions if you choose to upgrade. Any reason why you are only going to 6.2 as there are more stable and features by going to a higher version so bear that in mind.
→ 6.0.1 → 6.1.0 → 6.2.0 |

I can't upgrade via GUI because I have problem with my ASDM. After load configuration I have this message "ASDM was unable to load the firewall's configuration. Please check connectivity to the device or try again later"

If things are already broken then I'd recommend troubleshooting to isolate the issue before doing a blind upgrade from cli.
