Check the content of the readiness check log file mentioned in the failure message. It should have a detailed listing of what step failed.

first i would check the release notes anyting effecting in your environment :

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/firepower/70/relnotes/firepower-release-notes-700/upgrade.html

second check any backups, and signature upgrade in process that cause the installation failure.

I all checked, everything seems like good. I read all notes and know that i can't upgrade from 6.6.X to 6.7.X to datastore issues, but i would like go to 7.0.X or 7.1.X or even 7.2.X, but i have all times a Failure.

Check the content of the readiness check log file mentioned in the failure message. It should have a detailed listing of what step failed.

Thanks @Marvin Rhoads, after reading this log, i saw that the issues cames from the firepower user agent was enabled, i disabled this one, since it doesn't supported it by FMC
