Upgrade FMC virtual from 6.0.1 to 6.6.X

Hi, 

Need advised on step to upgrade FMCv using Vmware EXSi.

Current version as below : 

VMware version : 5.50

FMCv : 6.0.1

ASA 5545-X Firepower module : 6.0.1

Plan based on Upgrade path : 

• Proposed firmware upgrade for FMC : 6.0.1.2 > 6.10 > 6.40 >  6.6.x
• Proposed firmware upgrade for FirePower Module  : 6.0.1.1-24> 6.10 > 6.40
• Proposed firmware upgrade on VmWare Exsi : 6.7.0

Which one I should upgrade first, FMC or Vmware ? Can I upgrade Vmware to the latest 6.7 prior to upgrade fmc and sfr ?

Considering the requirement for version 6.6.x is fulfill (Memory - 32 GB, CPU - 8/4 vCPUs, Storage- 250 GB )

Personally, you need to upgrade to  Esxi 6.0 onwards based on your environment, you need to mirror or backup the copy of working and upgrade.

ESXi 6.0 support FMC 6.6.x but your final version you looking to be esxi 6.7 that stage FMC 6.6 also compatible.

worth testing offline if you have lab environment before you deploy in Live.
