Upgrade FTD to suggested release or latest?

Hi,

We are currently using 7.1-90 and want to upgrade to either 7.2.5 or 7.3.1 (latest).

None of the bugs available would do any effect in our environment and we are using the FDM.

Anyone have any opinion on either of the releases? One more buggy than the other? Always best to use suggested release?

@S3C 7.2.5 is the cisco recommended version, generally only upgrade to 7.3 if you want those additional features. If using FDM (which has less features than an FMC managed FTD) then there isn't many good reasons to chose 7.3 over 7.2.5 (IMO).

personally i stick with 7.2.5.

7.2.5 is recommended and actually newer (with more bug fixes) than 7.3.1.

Furthermore, 7.3 is a short term release and won't be maintained for as long as 7.2.
