URL do not load correctly or are very slow

 Hello, 

I have a problem with URL Filtering. I have newly deployed firepower 2110.

In some cases when the users try to open web pages, it takes too long to open the page. 

Some other times it keeps loading and it does now show any message. 

 

What could I search for? Could it be a fault of the SSL policy?

Not sure if this fix the issue ( since we need to know how you have configured your inspection and rules for the clients)

 

try below method let us know if that works.

 

Symptom:
With URL retry enabled, websites that have many links take quite some time to load and display complete webpages.

Conditions:
With URL retry enabled

Workaround:
Turn off URL retry.
navigate to the advanced tab in access control policy and uncheck the "Retry URL cache miss lookup" box.
