Users not showing up in dashboard

Installed the agent. Works fine.

Identity policy was created..and linked to access policy

User logins are visible in user and user activity page.

But not in the widget...

What is missing here..

Looks like it's solved.

I had only domain users in the 'groups to include' in the user download for the realm.

For some reason this didn't include my users. Added an other group with all users and solved.

This could be due to a lots of issues.

- user agent should learn the security logon events and report it to DC. Which according to you are there.

- Did you select AD realm in the access-rule? And logging should be enabled in that access-rule.

- You should see user-ip-map file in DC and sensor. Get the following output.

ls -lrt /var/sf/user_enforecement
