I have an outdated version of Virtual Defense Center I need upgrade and repurpose. This process is much easier through the web gui but I am unable to get the webpage to load. The address will resolve but nothing is displayed but a white screen. Has anyone seen this before or know how to resolve this?
I have full admin access to the CLI, have rebooted and restarted all services several time to no avail. Any help is welcome.

What browser are you using? I sometimes get different results from the FMC when I switch between Chrome and IE11.
And...also, it's not a case where Firepower is blocking "itself", a firewall is blocking you access?

Hi,
Try a different browser . Check for /var/log/httpsd_error.log and see if you find any significant error message ?
