Hi,
The customer is having linksys p2p on the trust side, nated through a public ip on the asa firewall interface.
The call is not maturing. ie, the call is not hitting even the sip server at the isp office.
Please find the configuration.
Need your inputs.

Accroding to your config you are inspecting SIP protocol but service policy not applied.
Can you try adding "service-policy global_policy global"
That should take care of SIP connection through the ASA.

Hi,
Thanks for the update.
I added those lines.
But the isp is getting 192.168.100.100 entry and not 115.119.26.186 which is allowed ip for the calls to get mature.
Any guidance.
