Watchguard soho to PIX525, over 200 IKE QM_IDLE

I have configured an IPsec tunnel between an older SOHO and a PIX 525. There are two local subnets being protected. The tunnel comes up fine, and shows two IPsec connections, one for each protected network subnet on the local (PIX525) side. However, the pix shows over 200 IKE sessions with this device, all showing QM_IDLE.

Any input, thoughts ??

which command do you use to view the info? "sh cry isa sa"? are they all qm_idle? have you seen no_state or delete?

i suspected that the vpn keeps dropping and connecting at the same time. is there an issue with the tunnel? can you access the other end?
