I am new to Sourcefire and trying to make sense of the report features. It seems the templates that come with it have a lot of useful detail to the IT professional but to a manager that just wants a summary/detail of websites a user visits, this report seems to be outside the templates.
I would like to create a report that shows a user went to these websites (in a given date range) and this is either how many hits he had on that website as a total number, or a detailed view of when those hits took place.
A report like this, or similar, will allow a manager to see how much a user is using the internet while working. When given reports of several users in a group, the manager could create a baseline of heavy users vs. light users. He could also track these employees for a period of time to see if behavior improves, etc.
Is this possible?
Thank you for your help.

Hi,
You can try creating custom reports generation by clicking on Advanced tab under report
and then choose any options such as table view, pie chart etc .
You can also try choosing import report section tab to import url statistics from dashboard in to the report.
Rate if it helps.
Thanks,
Ankita

I created a report that maybe it helps you. Check the attachement to see it.
If you choose the "New data section 1 custom search" in the "search" field, you will be able to edit it and in "Initiator user" textbox add the AD user you are interested.
Don“t forget the "time windows" and raise the "maximum results" to a higher number.
Hope this helps.
