What is this new NAT Direction icon in 7.1?

Is this the new unidirectional icon? Usually, it's just an single arrow pointing to the right...? Not sure what this icon symbolizes? Looks like a crying ninja start, but may make sense to something else.

Yes it is, but not sure how to read this icon, usually it’s just a one way arrow to the right with older versions.

Appears to still be unidirectional? Just not sure why the icon change from previous versions.
