Hi, I am having a serious problem, because I have configured all steps to connect ASDM via web browser, but I cannot access ASDM for some unknow reason.

As I could see in you show version output the license for 3des is disabled. In order to access ASDM you must have 3des license enabled and ssl encryption should include 3des.

What version of JAVA are you using? If it is 7.50 you will need to go to java in control panel of windows then into security then edit site list and add https:// your firewall ip address
After that go to the site https:// your fw ip address and run the asdm
You will need to then update your asdm to the latest version
Sorry for got that you would need to update the os to 9.1.4 on the asa

VPN-3DES-AES --- if dissabled then
To enable this you need a lic. file , that can be downloaded from below link
https://tools.cisco.com/SWIFT/Licensing/PrivateRegistrationServlet
Afer lic. installation enter the following command.
-ssl encryption aes256-sha1 aes128-sha1 3des-sha1

Show run asdm
Show flash
Show run http
Show run aaa
Show run all ssl
Show version
The ip from where you are trying to access it and it's behind which interface of firewall as well which java version you have on that machine.
