STP Different types

Hi Guys , i have cisco catalyst switch 3560 and have a SG350-28 switch want to link them together

but, i have a question 

at 3560 the stp type is PVST & at SG350-28 i can`t configure PVST it`s not option i have until RSTP

So, if i connect these 2 switches, the different os STP type will make any problem ?

not a major problem since RSTP recognize PVST and will switch port into STP-mode.  However, not sure if SG350 switch. SG350 works per-vlan STP or regular STP (all vlans under one)?  Cisco switches should be able to run Rapid STP per-vlan. c3560 should be able to run RSTP. 

Problem is when you have RSTP per-vlan with non-PVST  Or PVST with non-PVST.

Note: Cisco uses per-vlan STP/RSTP; while others may not (all vlans under STP/RSTP).
