Cisco Cat 4507R connection flapping with cisco cat 3550

hi all

I have two cores 4507R with sup iv running IOS 

cat4500-entservicesk9-mz.122-31.SGA11.bin

I configured VRRP between them 

I found that some of the edges that connected on the two cores are down 

I cannot ping these switches and I can not telnet them

no error in the interfaces no cdp neighbor signal 

how can I find the problem ??

the problem was in the fiber cables and it is solved by solving the fiber cables.
