The following is assumed you are an administrator or have superuser privlages on the server.
1. The first step is to create a file called "local.superusers" in the folder "<CNR_INSTALL_PATH>/conf/priv" .
- Solaris:
- /opt/nwreg2/local/conf/priv
- Windows:
- C:\Program Files\Network Registrar\local\conf\priv
2. In the local.superusers file, add the following entry using any text editor :
- tempadmin changme
- The format is "username password" in the text file and needs to be on the same line.
3. Go to http://<servername>:8080 ---> administration --> administrator, update credentials accordingly.
