Definition
Small form-factor pluggable (SFP) is a compact optical transceiver. Cisco Transceiver Modules support Ethernet, Sonet/SDH and Fibre Channel applications across all Cisco switching and routing platforms. Cisco pluggable transceivers offer a convenient and cost effective solution for the adoption in data center, campus, metropolitan area access and ring networks, and storage area networks. Cisco portfolio of hot pluggable interfaces offers a rich set of choices in terms of speeds, protocols, reaches and supported transmission media.

Hi Team,
I just want to ask questions if the SFP-10G-T-X will work with C9200L-24T-4X-E switches. Thanks!

@DouglasRyda46883 and @Michael Borbon you should use https://tmgmatrix.cisco.com/ to lookup compatibility between SFPs and specific hardware platforms.
You should also cross-reference with the product documentation and software release notes for that platform because there are sometimes also software version dependencies (a particular SFP might only be supported from a specific release of software).
