Cisco Nexus Dashboard and ACI SIMULATION

Hi Guys,

We have a cluster of Physical ND and we have set up 5.2.4d ACI Simulation and configured with few tenants replicating our Prod environment.

We are trying to add ACI Sim fabric to Nexus Dashboard but its not getting discovered. From ND Cli, I can ping the ACI SIM Mgmt IP but I dont see https:443 request getting initiated from ND at all to attempt to login to ACI Sim.

Login to ACI sim is working fine and all necessary config on ESXi port group is taken care off. (Promiscuous Mode etc...) 

Is it even supported to onboard ACI Sim as site on ND? Goal to to test Ansible automation for ACI

Error is: Verify connectivity:Post

"https://10.176.188.201:443/api/aaaLogin.json" context deadline exceeded. (Client timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)

PS: I know for sure ACI SIM responds to 443 and we have all FW rules in place to allow 443 from SRC (ND MGMT) to destination

It does work and it is a great solution if you want to test automation with NDO, however it is not a "officially supported solution"., hence it is a bit difficult to find documentation on it.

i suggest you check the compatibility matrix for ND and NDO to make sure the versions of all software can communicate / integrate with each other, as there are combinations of versions that wont talk to each other. (link bellow).
