a question about device yang models

Hello,

I have a question about device yang models, please. i come accross this scenario through docs available and/or examples but i cannot find again.

When do we need to include device yang models, in the service yang model. what functionality will be enabled when device yang models are included ( i guess correct word would be import ) in service yang model.

As soon as you want to reference anything in any other model, things like must, when or leafrefs.
