Failed applying device templates with status no-namespace/ned-id found

Hi

I am trying to implement ADDDC disablement to the cluster cimc.

when tested thru cli it gave the following errors for SMI NED and name space

it seems the solution is that i need to refer NED cisco-smi-nc-1.1 into cisco-smi-nc-1.2

Please let me know how to resolve this issue and then i have to automate this process
