How to get additional / specific NEDs for NSO

Hello,

I am new in Cisco NSO, and trying to do some basic labs on EVE-ng like L3VPN or L2VPN using Cisco NSO and platform IOS XR XRVk9-6.3.1.In NSO it shows some old NED IDs cisco-iosxr-cli-3.5.

1- How can i find which NED IDs will be needed for these services. Is it based on service or platform

2 - From where i can download more NEDs i.e. cisco-iosxr-cli-7.15 or 7.18 for lab purpose only. Is it free for non-production or only cisco customers can get it?
