Yes, start with "The AAA infrastructure" in the Administration guide: https://developer.cisco.com/docs/nso/guides/#!the-aaa-infrastructure/the-aaa-infrastructure

Keep the Network Configuration Access Control Model RFC at close hand as well https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc8341 

Take a close look at Appendix A Usage Examples in the RFC and don't hesitate to reach out if you need help.
