Does anybody have an in-depth guide explaining NSO's steps during package reload? Does NSO ever make southbound network changes during a package reload? If you remove a service tied to 10 devices and do a 'packages reload force', does NSO make network changes southbound during the reload? Trying to make a network guide for others in the company and one of the questions was if NSO during upgrades or reloads ever makes commits to network nodes if you remove a ned or service package.

completed.
