problem to relaunch NSO

Hi team i have a problema to relaunch the Network Services Orchestrator 6.4.4

4 days ago i launched succesfully this service but now i want to work again with the NSO but i have this problem when i try to relaunch for 2 more days:

Something went wrong. DETAILS: Failed to execute 'insertBefore' on 'Node': The node before which the new node is to be inserted is not a child of this node.

how can fix it? i have to delete and back to crate other new o how can i resolve it? thanks

Hi @al222211432 is very hard to say with the information you are providing, there are not many details. Not sure what you mean by launch. Is always good to provide the full output of the error and what steps you performed. 

If you starting NSO, what kind of installation you used? how are you starting it? if you are starting a template/package, is a custom template/package? you developed it? can you share the relevant parts? 

Something that you can do is to review the logs, you can find them on /logs if you used a system install or are using the NSO container https://nso-docs.cisco.com/guides/administration/management/system-management#ug.ncs_sys_mgmt.logging
