Securing secrets with the Netconf NED

Hello experts,

I want to secure secrets with Netconf ned. I want to apply this use case, When the user creates a username with a password on NSO GUI he should enter it as plain text then the NSO encrypts it and applies it to the router "Cisco XR"

I reviewed this post and contacted Vleijon about it, but this post was for cli neds. I want to do the same for Netconf neds
