i purchase CBS switch for pakistan and deliver it to customer. switch got faulty and i got initial information that CBS RMA is not available in Pakistan and we have to delver it to Cisco Disti in Dubai for replacement.
we deliver it to our dubai office and contacted disti for the replacement. Disti engaged cisco support and Cisco TAC recommended us to apply to the SNT and apply for RMA. we did it and replacement unit was delivered to our Pakistan office. now faulty is unit is in Dubai, how can return it to cisco in Dubai.
