I have to change my business email address. Because I have left my previous organization, my previous email is not working anymore. When I try to login with my personal email address, it reroutes me to company email address which is not working anymore. My certifications are also associated with my my personal email address. I have already opened a TAC case with Cisco certification team. But its been a while since I have heard back from them. I need assistance on it.
