in our organization all the core switches and access switches are running with this version 17.09.4a 

in this version if you have vulnerability issue or critical issue.

Kindly let me know. please advice us.

17.9.5 suggested all Cisco 9K models, check the release notes always for upgrade.

depends on the deployment like standalone, stacking, SVL ...So on.
