Download IOS-XE software for device under active contract

Hello,

I need to download the <isr4400-universalk9.16.09.03.SPA.bin> software image for a ISR 4431 router, that's covered by an active contract, but I am unable to do so from the Cisco Software Download page. Can you help me on this matter?
