Get AP serial number from MAC

Hi,

I have 3 APs connected to the network that are not being seen by the WLC but is connected and can read the MAC address from the switches. I need the serial numbers of the APs but I can't physically reach them (too high). If I were to give you the MAC addresses of these APs, could you tell me the serial numbers of them?

Ok it turns out the WLC was seeing the APs after all (my bad). just needed to run 'sh ap config general' to get it to show the serial numbers of the APs in question. All good now, thanks.
