I need a support in APs

Hi

I have an issue to setup APs in my office as it's only managed by mobile application and I need a full configuration management from portal

how could I login into access points via portal to change and configure it

sorry for that, AP model is CBW240AC-I and I did standard configuration on it via Cisco business app

Hope you are doing well. 

If I understand you need access to web management of the CBW240 AP.
I can propose 2 approaches:

1. If you have access to DHCP server binding table in your network  you can check what IP address is assigned to MAC address 00:00:5e:00:01:01. Then you can put https://<IP address> in the web browser and you will be navigated to WEB GUI of the AP.

2. If you connect to WLAN through the AP and type https://ciscobusiness.cisco in the web browser.
