my cisco CBS350 boot failed

When i get this switch from my client,they said not configure anything but refer from my picture here the command line show Failed to get config.txt.Normally after turn the switch it show at the cli the switch name or we can say hostname but it show diag

Any expert can help me.Thank You

if you have backup - best is factory reset and configure from scratch.

if you have contract contact SMB TAC

I already reset the switch 3 times and it still same.After the reset it show DIAG again.

Any different suggestion?.Thank you
