Not able to push Firmware Upgrade from FMC

Not able to push firmware 7.4.2 build 172 to the ftd using the FMC. Current firmware version on the FTD is 7.2.7 build 500. We have done manual upgrade to some FTD's, once we install 7.4.2 build 172 only then FMC allow us to push the patch 7.4.2.1 build 30.

Greetings. Are there any errors that show up when performing the readiness check? Based on the 7.4 upgrade matrix https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/secure-firewall/upgrade/management-center/740/upgrade-management-center-741/planning.html going from 7.2 to 7.4 is supported. Are there any errors in the task pane or when attempting to initiate the push? Please follow the guide above if you have not done so already.

There are no errors, it just keeps loading for days. We have successfully pushed the previous versions. However, we can not push 7.4.2 only. So at the moment we not doing the direct jump, but going version by version. Its bit weird as the direct jump is possible as advised by cisco, but I do not understand why FMC is not allowing us for some devices.
