Hello, I have to insert into CCW the renewal of C3850-DNA-OPTOUT but I can't find it. Could you help me? Is there an alternative item?

if you purchased device with SKU C3850-DNA-OPTOUT , that means you are not using DNA features. so you dont need to renew it. only need to renew hardware and other licenses if any.
