I'm hoping I can get some advice on our SASD 7.12.1 clients running increasingly sluggish. The PC spec is fine, well over recommended, OS clean too. There's not much guidance I can find on client upkeep / app healthcheck, not much in the manual. I did find a Gb worth of SASDMain.exe...... .DMP files in appdata\viper-dmp. are these safe to delete, will it help?
Very grateful for any tips in general as well. I'm also planning to delete one of our client logins userconfig, as when SASD launches it remembers that they had too many screens open, and takes them time to close all after the red needle normalises. Be great to get some tips as to whether it will re-create a clean one next login, or I might have to re-install.
