show run disconnects from ssh session and ping reboots switch

I have a CBS250-48pp-4g and have two problems.

1. I run ping then it reboots

SW02B-SEA1(config-if)#do ping 192.168.54.193
Pinging 192.168.54.193 with 18 bytes of data:

Shared connection to 69.xxx.xxx.xxx closed.

2. I ran show run then it disconnects me from SSH.

Looks like me some hardware fault, if you like to spend some time reset to the factory and testing it?

or contact SMB TAC for replacement.
