I passed cisco ENCOR on 15 august but unable to download ccertificat.Please help

What certificate? you will not get any till you pass 1 more concentration exam from CCNP Enterprise group; you need 2 exams to get certificate of CCNP Ent. https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/s/ccnp-enterprise
