Want to resend my Certificate

Hey Cisco,

I had to change my address from post office to my physical address but says it’s already confirmed but didn't recieve it. It's for the shipment for my CCNA certification kit but I don’t see a resend or reconfirming of shipping to the new address.

Is there anyway you can fix it on your end?

It takes a while (3-6 weeks) to get a kit from Cisco, but You need to ask this on CLN forum, https://learningnetwork.cisco.com

In there, u can also go to Help and find Open a case;
