5500X Series Rommon Firmware "Download"

Is anyone able to direct me in obtaining Rommon Firmware update 2.1.9.8  (>SPA) file as mentioned in multiple threads?  ASA 5500X download section does not have this available vs the 5516X series.   I have 2 5555X units 1 with 2.1.9.5 which does have some issues with the sensors which 2.1.9.8 Rommon corrects.    To be clear this is not firepower, etc., actual Rommon Firmware up date as reflected in the output.   Not sure if some one may have this file in an FTP, etc. available.  Cisco removed some years ago, as was noted to me by support but never re-instated the file for availability.

Apart of different ROMMON version, what is the main issue ? so we can address correctly ?

also can you post show version from both the devices ?

Both Version details are already posted in my original post.   Issues are sensors giving errors even though things work fine,  inventory details do not return version such as unit with 2.1.9.8, ssd come up with error - but they have been swapped and rebuild they come up with same issue, no errors or issues.
