Can not connect to ACI sandbox using anyconnect

Hello,

I'm trying to use the ACI sandbox but when I put  the "Lab Network Address: devnetsandbox-usw1-reservation.cisco.com:20128" in anyconnect vpn, an error occurred: 

On Always-On Sandbox, there is an issue also; after typing the username and the password, it asks you to change the password!!!!!!!!! Help

Devnet still working on a platform refresh so access to resources might be bumpy until end of the wek.

That not a sandbox issue, it’s an issue with VPN. Ensure your reservation is active and showing working with no errors in the build/spin up.
