Connecting to audio issues

I tried to connect to a meeting today but my video and audio wasn't working. I wasn't able to hear anything that was being said or see anyone. A tab popped up saying "connecting to audio", but the audio never connected. I haven't experienced this problem with Webex before. Could anyone help me?

Half of my team has the same problem. We can't connect to the audio even thought it recognizes the headset normally in the screen before joining the meeting
