I can't download AnyConnect from the Cisco website.

Hello,

Does anyone know why I can't download the AnyConnect application from the Cisco website in the download section?

On the right where I think the download button should be, I see "Entitlement Required. Click for support"

If I go further and try to add the license agreement, I get the following message: "Denied Contract xxxxxxxx - The company name on your Cisco Account does not match an entitled company on the contract."

Now I'm thinking that I should only download the application connected to my licensed Firepower router or can I download from any computer connected to the internet if I log in with my Cisco user?

For several days I've been waiting for the contract to be activated, so that I can add it to my account but I can't, I always get the same message "Denied Contract xxxxxxxx - The company name on your Cisco Account does not match an entitled company on the contract."

I receive emails from Cisco support and they say that the problem is solved, but the download button doesn't appear for me.

Could it be that the problem is that I'm not downloading connected to the router associated with the account and I'm trying to download from other locations (at work where we have a Ubiquity router)?

you should open a tac case and escalate it.  Additionally, reach out to your Cisco partner for assistance.
