How about a web link going to O365? This may require a login though, but it could be an option. You could also add a navigator as a scheduler on the side to help. I know it only shows the day at the moment but that might change in the future.

You should not have to change anything. As long as you have hybrid calendar setup and associate the email address to the endpoint you should be fine.
